Our Team

Nedra "Neki" Garrett, our owner and managing attorney, has been practicing law since 2002. Her areas of expertise include environmental litigation, probate, intellectual property, real estate, and business formation. Neki received her education from The University of Alabama, the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and Cumberland School of Law.

Neki's vision for the firm is to promote economic and business empowerment in others. She is married to award-winning entertainer Alvin Garrett and resides in the Birmingham area with their two children. According to Neki, "I believe the key to a successful business is the authentic relationships you foster. Who we are matters more than what we do.
