Founders' Background

Shelton & Shelton was founded in 2016 by James T. Shelton and Taylor J. Shelton. Prior to founding Shelton & Shelton, James practiced law in Clarendon, Texas for over thirty years. Together, James and Taylor have four decades' worth of legal experience. Their extensive knowledge and experience enable them to handle a wide range of legal matters with professionalism and expertise.

In estate planning and probate, we assist clients in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
