Our Firm History

Our law firm has a long and storied history, dating back to 1954 when Norman J. Van Epps began his practice in Owosso, Michigan. Norman's son, Mark J. Van Epps, joined the firm in 1981 and has been with the firm ever since. In 1984, Matthew J. Van Epps joined the firm and has been with Van Epps and Van Epps ever since.

Our Locations

We have two locations: our main office is located at 318 North Water Street in Owosso, Michigan, and our satellite office is located at 409 Fort Street, Suite C, Port Huron, Michigan. We serve clients throughout Shiawassee County, Genesee County, Saginaw County, Clinton County, Livingston County, St. Clair County, Sanilac County, Lapeer County, and surrounding areas.
