The Founders

Our team is led by Rich Arrotta, a skilled attorney with a strong background in mechanical engineering and law. Rich has spent over four decades honing his skills in the legal field, working as a prosecutor in the Pima County Attorney's Office and as a defense attorney in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. He has also spent time as legal advisor to the Pima County Sheriff and has prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases.

Rich is joined by Susan Arrotta, a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in the field. Susan reviews medical records and provides medical consultation services to ensure clients receive the best possible care. She is a valuable asset to our team and plays a crucial role in evaluating and recommending medical care for our clients.
