In False Claims Act matters, we represent clients nationwide in relator-side qui tam fraud cases involving Medicare and Medicaid, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and U.S. custom duties. For SEC whistleblower referrals, we aggressively advance SEC whistleblower complaints, particularly involving financial fraud and money laundering. Our expertise in federal investigations includes representing clients in audits, anti-kickback compliance, and responding to investigative inquiries.
Phil Brewster's Background
Phil Brewster, the founder of the firm, has a strong educational background, graduating from Boston College Law School in 2003 and Syracuse University, summa cum laude, in 1999. He is licensed in Illinois and Massachusetts and admitted to the United States District Courts for Northern Illinois, Central Illinois, District of Columbia, and Massachusetts. Outside of his professional life, Phil enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fly fishing, and hunting, and is a devoted owner of English Labrador Retrievers.
