Wilbur D. Capps: Mr. Capps began practicing law in 1941. After serving in the Army and prosecuting war criminals, he returned to Carthage, Hancock County to resume his law practice.

Eric G. Icenogle: Mr. Icenogle is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in a wide range of legal areas. He is committed to providing effective legal solutions for his clients.
