DUI & DWI
Driving under the influence or while intoxicated is a serious offense in Oklahoma. If convicted, a person can face fines, driving license suspension, license revocation, jail time, and even prison sentences. Following an arrest, it is crucial to take immediate action. You have three options: apply for the Impaired Driver Accountability Program (IDAP), file an Appeal in the District Court, or do nothing, which will result in your license being revoked. Contact us for a free initial consultation about your concerns of DUI/DWI.
