Campbell & Popkin, LLC is a three-attorney law firm located in Seaside, Oregon, along the beautiful North Oregon Coast. Our firm is owned and managed by Lawrence J. Popkin, who has over 20 years of experience. We are conveniently located at 1580 N. Roosevelt Drive, Seaside, and we have the entire block between 15th and 16th on the west side of Hwy 101.

About Our Attorneys

Steven T. Campbell: Mr. Campbell retired from the practice of law in July 2019, after over 53 years of service to the coastal communities. He has a deep understanding of the needs of the Oregon Coast and has been involved in numerous community organizations throughout his career. Mr. Campbell has been married to Lynda R. Campbell for over 50 years and they have two grown daughters, a grandson, and a granddaughter.

Lawrence J. Popkin: Mr. Popkin has over 20 years of experience in the practice of law. He has a strong background in business and real estate, having co-founded AREA Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage, and working as a real estate broker. Mr. Popkin is a past-president of the Clatsop County Bar Association and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations throughout his professional career.
