Our lead attorneys, Christopher S. Lipari, Esq. and Danielle J. Christopher has extensive experience in complex litigation matters, including wrongful death and personal injury arising from various types of accidents and negligence. He has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney since 2007 and has been named to the prestigious New Jersey Super Lawyers, recognizing outstanding attorneys.

Danielle J. Walcoff, Esq. has more than 20 years of legal experience and focuses primarily on representing clients in personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, slip and falls, and cases involving defective products. Jennifer Deiter, Esq. serves as "of counsel" to the firm and has extensive experience handling automobile accidents, slip and falls, and cases involving defective products. She is a court-appointed civil arbitrator in Burlington and Camden Counties and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and federal court.

Additionally, our team includes Kristin M. Mancuso, Esq., who focuses exclusively on defending the rights of the disabled and has assisted countless individuals in securing Social Security disability benefits. She has appeared at over 1,000 hearings on behalf of disabled individuals before Administrative Law Judges across the nation.
